Caching in 2010 - a resumé

by now I also have a blog, I thought to myself that it's time to move past the past years to New Year once again. Now is - logically - 2010's turn, from the perspective of the caches.

Between 1 January and 31 December 2010 I've just found 1212 geocaches (assuming that I had forgotten for a ), of which 172 FTFs (omg that is so far not been clear to me ...). That's almost 15% or a FTF almost every 2nd Day. No wonder we are cursed and you would like to throw firebombs at us ...

Otherwise, I find the thought of the past year, our course of action : 100 caches in one day tour that will end Christyan, Pidi88 and I seriously 150 caches a single have found days!

In this context, I realized that - quite contrary to the initial stimulus - this Power trails are boring anyway. But of course I've found a few cans and transform in Lübeck. Above all, I'm under the HCT - taken outside the home some cache events tours between Hamburg and Lübeck. I have also the feeling I was rarely in the north of Lübeck (ie in Ratekau). Instead, we met students Neustadt iH as a city for geocaching and extremely pleasant and almost friendly round tables. We were there several times and have found several caches, we have also taken part in a canoe trip in the New Town Bay and found it so over 10 T5er in a day.

The word canoe comes to me then of course the legendary Tour our troops in August 2010 ... that was a highlight .

in May 2010 was the 10 year anniversary Geocaching. Almost everywhere, 10 Years organizes events and I was obsessed with being on this occasion, take time to to Fehmarn. From Lübeck Fehmarn is only an hour's drive, you can comfortably take the A1 to the island. And somewhere between spring and summer there was an extensive cache tour of the island. From Puttgarden you can even look up to Denmark - a very nice day, hopefully next summer will be repeated. Should definitely be on my to-do list !

And at last have Christyan along the way and I still found to 78 consecutive days or more geocaches . It was similar to the Power Trail Action demanded a experience that has made a lot of fun, a lot of stamina, but was canceled before it was annoying. Geocaching is a hobby and yes nunmal not mandatory and it should remain so .

But what to expect in 2011? In any case, there are 2 mega event in Germany! On the one LOST IN MV early August (I expect you all there !) And the Geocoinfest end August 2011. As someone once thought of the students, because I've (hopefully) holiday ! I am very curious to see how that is! Furthermore, there is currently first snow, you do not want to leave the house and if they do not remain long in the cold.
